The artificial vision chip that contributes to improving the state of public health in the days of the Corona virus

Inuitive and SensibleVision have developed a three-dimensional facial recognition system with low latency that is used, among other things, to locate people who do not maintain a distance of 2 meters in a crowd * The two companies have been cooperating even before the Corona in secure access solutions

Inuitive is collaborating with SensibleVision to provide XNUMXD biometric facial recognition systems with low latency in order to maintain a smooth customer experience even during the Corona epidemic.

By combining SensibleVision's 3DSafe software with Inuitive's NU4000AI vision processing chip, the new platform performs crowd motion detection to detect whether people are keeping two meters apart, in accordance with social distancing guidelines.
The new biometric solution can be used as a payment system, identification instead of key cards for hotel rooms, contactless opening of doors to prevent the spread of the virus at border crossings, public transportation, hotels, corporate campuses, store cash registers, office buildings and hospitals.
In a conversation with Chiportal, Shlomo Gadot, CEO and founder of Inuitive, explains that SensibleVision is a business partner of Inuitive, and both come together for customers. "They developed a system based on our chip for face recognition in XNUMXD and also checks that it is really a real person and not just a mask. For example, she checks that there is a real person behind the figure, for example that the skin on his face is flexible real human skin and not the hard material used in the mask.
In addition to XNUMXD gives the fact that it is XNUMXD but it can be mistaken for a mask. He checks that behind it stands a real person and not a mask. Checking that it's not something tough but something more flexible like human skin.
He added that even before the corona virus, the two companies started a joint venture of contactless access through XNUMXD facial recognition. "Inuitive offers a chip that supports SensibleVision's goal of providing solutions that improve security without sacrificing the customer experience."

"By leveraging our complementary strengths, I believe that together we can help solve some of the major public health issues facing businesses, hospitals and other organizations due to the COVID-19 crisis."

"Our collaboration with Inuitive reflects SensibleVision's focus on developing innovative products that help keep people and information safe," said George Brostoff, CEO and co-founder of SensibleVision, in a statement. "It must be admitted - the epidemic has a lot of consequences, and we are witnessing it in the midst of it, but we are proud that our technology can be leveraged to literally save lives and help maintain businesses, many of which are encountering difficulties due to buyers' concerns about the corona virus."
