This description refers to one of the famous alien encounters in Randlesham Forest known as "Britain's Weswell" after the famous area which are attributed to him descriptions of landing of aliens in the USA.
A number of drawings are also inside the files, and they are supposed to accurately describe what the painters saw. One of these drawings was drawn by city police officers who were called to a house in Stanmore in the London Borough of Harrow on April 26, 1984. One of the officers who viewed the bone through binoculars described it as round in the middle and containing what appeared to be a rod above and below it. And it shone with lights in several colors.
