Caution - reaching a limit

The lunar lander digs in Mrs. Levy's soil from her room?

The next landings that will land on the "lit" side of the moon, i.e. the side facing the Earth, may reach a limit. Each such square includes 1777.58 acres or 7193 dunams (roughly the size of Manhattan), and it costs $15.99 (plus another $1.16 monthly tax and $10 shipping fees). In exchange, you receive from the "Moon Embassy" company the taboo deed for his plot, as well as the constitution of the moon (we don't have one yet, they don't have a state yet and already have a constitution?)
Behind the strangely named company is Dennis Hope. In 1980 Hope was unemployed. After a pre-divorce fight with his wife he went into depression. Just then a policeman stopped him for speeding. Hope raised his eyes to the sky in a gesture of "what more trouble am I going to eat today", then, between the clouds, the moon looked out at him, round and yellowish.

The next morning he put on the suit from the wedding, including the tie, and made his way to the land registry office ("taboo") of San Francisco. He filled out a form in which he asked to recognize his exclusive ownership of the moon, the eight planets and their moons. He hastened to inform the governments of the USA, Russia and the UN and wrote that he is the owner of the planets and their moons and reserves the right to sell parts of the land. Seven years passed as required by law and no one objected.

For years Hope tried to sell land on the moon without success until in October '96 he opened the "Moon Store" website on the Internet. In an article published on July 8, 97 in the Haaretz newspaper, it was already written about enormous pressure from buyers. In addition, he also sells a little more conventional things like t-shirts and hats.

According to Hope's patch distribution, there are something like 3 million patches on the bright side of the moon alone. According to the said price, it is a property worth more than 51 million dollars and he started selling slightly larger plots - 2000 acres on Mars - at a price of 19.99 dollars each.
Among the buyers of the lands on the moon are excellent people. Scientists, doctors, lawyers, diplomats, police officers, computer people, CEOs of large companies, pastors, NASA executives and also former presidents Carter and Reagan. Plots on the moon are a hit among employees of high-tech companies in Israel.
Of course, when some government comes to establish a colony on the moon, will it pay compensation to Mrs. Levy Machedera, the owner of the land? Hope believes that by the time this happens there will already be at least a million owners of plots on the moon and that amount of people can influence any government.
