 A new theory regarding the way in which life began to form on Earth, was formulated by scientists from the Weizmann Institute and it is already arousing great interest among major researchers in the world, who deal with this fascinating topic of studying the beginnings of life in the universe.
 
 According to the "Israeli" theory, the origin of life is in drops of fat-like substances, lipids, which formed on the ancient earth, about 4 billion years ago. It is a fact that the torches are a main component of the membranes of the cell envelopes and the nuclei of all cells - and according to the estimate, these materials were created on the ancient earth.

 The important research was coordinated and managed by Prof. Doron Lantz, from the Department of Molecular Genetics at the Weizmann Institute and his research students, Daniel Segera and Dafna Ben-Eli. A report on the research was published in the prestigious journal of the American Academy of Sciences.
