Israel offers the countries of the world immediate and free access to 100 advanced technologies to aid in the fight against the corona virus

Among other things, there will be free access to the shield application and the development of "Diagnostics Robotics" by Dr. Kira Radinsky, who specialized in predicting the spread of epidemics

Senior officials in the Israeli high-tech industry offer the countries of the world immediate and free access to advanced technologies that are currently being successfully applied in Israel as part of the fight against the corona virus.

One of these innovative solutions, developed by the Israeli "Diagnostics Robotics", is an advanced system based on artificial intelligence, which provides remote monitoring capabilities of the rate and extent of the spread of the disease, alongside an analytical tool for risk assessments, a "live" map of the extent and location of the infection throughout the country and forecasting models . All of these enable a faster and more efficient response by the medical teams, and provide insights to the decision makers in the healthcare system in order to reduce the burden on the hospitals and direct resources in a smarter and more efficient way. The "Diagnostics Robotics" system is currently implemented in Israel in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, all health insurance funds, MDA, and the medical emergency centers.

In order to estimate the extent of the spread of the disease, the public is asked to fill out an anonymous questionnaire every day and alert them to any health symptoms typical of the virus. All four health funds in Israel distributed a simple questionnaire to the insured public via text message. The online process reduces the burden on the health system and preserves the health of the medical teams. Within one day, the questionnaires were distributed to about a quarter of the Israeli population and data was received from about 80% of the respondents.

The information obtained from the questionnaires is presented visually using a high-resolution epidemiological map, which allows the Ministry of Health to get an in-depth and immediate assessment of the rate of spread of the virus and the locations that warrant extra attention. The artificial intelligence capabilities of the system also provide trends and forecasting models. To date, the system has identified hundreds of patients with initial infection symptoms who were not isolated, provided them with instructions, and updated their health plans.

Founders of "Diagnostics Robotics", Dr. Kira Radinsky, Prof. Moshe Shoham, and Yonatan Amir, joined the global fight against the corona virus and offer the countries of the world immediate and free access to the innovative technology. Representatives from the USA, Italy, Brazil, Austria and the Netherlands have already expressed interest and contacted the company. "Our goal is to assist each country in any way we can, in the current reality," she said Dr. Radinsky, A world-renowned artificial intelligence expert whose work has previously been able to predict the spread of epidemics in Cuba. "We want to help as much as possible and offer our support in the fight against the corona virus. It is a great honor for us to share our groundbreaking knowledge and capabilities, which have already been successfully assimilated all over Israel, with the countries of the world."

Another Israeli solution that is now offered to the countries of the world is the "Hamagan" application - an open-source application for smart phones that helps maintain "social distance" and slow the spread of the virus. The application, which is not a substitute for medical advice, cross-references the location history of those infected (according to the Ministry of Health data) with the current location of its users. If they have been near patients or people infected with the virus - the application will alert the users, recommend that they go into voluntary isolation for 14 days and ask them to update the Ministry of Health and receive instructions. Over a million Israelis have already downloaded the app.

The developers of the application used open source code - with other countries being able to adapt and implement it easily and efficiently. Among the developers were volunteers in the IL DEV community as well as Israeli cyber and privacy experts - who ensured that the personal data would be kept on the personal devices and would not be available to any external party, so that it would not be possible to track people without their knowledge.

After being successfully assimilated in Israel, Morris Dorfman, deputy director general of technology and information systems in the office health, Call on other countries to adopt the technology: "I urge my colleagues around the world to accept our offer and use this open source application for their needs - free of charge. We will also be happy to provide assistance as needed." The application is already available in several languages, including English, French, Arabic, and Russian, and representatives of various countries in Israel have already contacted the Ministry of Health and are interested in their application.

The "The Shield" application and the technology of "Diagnostics Robotics" are only two of 100 blue-and-white technological solutions that can help countries in the world in the fight against the corona virus - these solutions are available now In the database launched by "Start-Up Nation Central" (SNC) - a public benefit company that works to promote the Israeli high-tech industry and connects governments, business organizations and investors around the world.

Professor Eugene Kendall, CEO Start-Up Nation Central and former chairman of Israel's National Economic Council: "The State of Israel is very experienced in dealing with emergencies and in innovative and ground-breaking thinking - which can greatly help the countries of the world to deal better with the Corona crisis. We are available for any assistance that will be required to make sure that the same technologies, which can save lives, will be available to all the countries of the world at this difficult time".
