During development work for the construction of a sewer line in the forest of the Kimet Israel Fund, a large stalactite cave was randomly discovered and inside it a very rich prehistoric find.
As soon as the cave was discovered, the Antiquities Authority, the Cave Research Center (Malham) and the Western Galilee rescue unit were called to the scene.

According to Dr. Ofer Marder, head of the prehistory branch at the Antiquities Authority who examined the cave, "It seems that in the last 40-50 years they have not found a cave with prehistoric finds of this magnitude, and certainly not in a beautiful stalactite cave. The cave includes several rooms, the central one of which measures approximately 60 x 80 m, and inside it an accumulation of soil containing many flint items carved by human hands, and a variety of remains of animals that have become extinct from the landscape of our country, such as a red deer, a donkey, a wild ox, and even the remains of bears."

The cave research is carried out by the Antiquities Authority, in cooperation with the Kimat Foundation for Israel and the Holocaust. At first impression, the cave is apparently associated with the Upper Paleolithic period (40,000 - 20,000 years before our time), but it is possible that the cave was also used in earlier periods, and a final determination regarding this can only be obtained after a careful study of the cave.

At this point the cave is closed, and access to it is impossible. The Antiquities Authority is checking the special find that was discovered at the site, and at a later stage, a study will be required to check the animal population, the climate and the geology of the area, during the periods when the cave was in use. Also, the cave will be dated using advanced methods, which will provide an absolute age range.

  1. Rabbi Parkash is not alone, even science and biology teachers in England believe that the world exists less than ten times
    thousands of years.
The one who realized that the truth is not like that, was Charles Darwin who studied to become a priest, and was a devout believer and after he wrote what he thought
On the evolution of species, he shelved the book for 25 years! He left his belief in creation and never looked back.
His wife did not agree with him, he regretted it, there were cultures that did not leave these paintings.
Thousands of years, so the Tanakh should not be taken literally and it does not detract from the Tanakh or detract from its value.

  2. Michael, don't take it personally, but they are undecided about the tanks...
If it wasn't so sad, it would be funny

  3. Everything that needs to be said to be right in Yaeli's eyes is some nonsense based on the Torah. There is no need for reasons or clarifications, there is no need to relate to reality - only one thing determines and that is the expression of sympathy for the Torah and hatred for science.
Yael - were you in the cave? Did you see what's there? Rav Nachman was? Of course not, but for you the facts are of no importance.

  4. KK Rabbi Nachman Farkash NI is right!!!!!
The foolish secularists believe every archeologist and desecrate the graves of righteous people

  5. live:
Ask the rabbi - he's probably already been there (or, as always, he's talking about things he has no clue about)

  6. These are the bones of Jews from the time of Avraham Avino, who were defaced by the malicious hands of archeologists from the graves of Shekhbi who harm the sanctuaries of Israel.
God will already pay them by Rosh Hashanah.
Worse than that, the world was created less than 7000 years ago and the nonsense of 40000 years is fundamentally a lie.
