1. The above document originates from a publication made by UFO researcher Dr. Bruce Maccabi, in a book published in 1976. The document was then obtained as a result of the Freedom of Information Act.

The memo was decoded using modern technologies and found clarifications about the Roswell crash and the fact that bodies were found there.
