As Hawking pointed out, if there are aliens out there with technologies and capabilities superior to our own, it is better for us not to meet them. In every encounter between an advanced culture and an inferior culture, the former enslaves the latter. The quality of life of the Indians was not improved after the Europeans entered America. The same goes for the quality of life of the Indians after the British invaded their country. The same goes for the response of the residents of South Africa after the Dutch entered there.
Bottom line, if you're weak, with a lot of minerals and abilities to serve, hide!
Comments/clarifications to the article:
1. The above document originates from a publication made by UFO researcher Dr. Bruce Maccabi, in a book published in 1976. The document was then obtained as a result of the Freedom of Information Act.
2. In the current publication, at first it was believed to be a document concerning Roswell, but due to the incompatibility of the information with what is known about the Roswell incident, the UFO Research Association published a disclaimer on the subject.
3. The document does deal with the "Aztec" incident, which was proven to be a hoax, perpetrated by Newton, who claimed to have extraterrestrial technology and tried to convince oil companies to invest in the ventures he managed.
4. In the case of the Roswell incident, there is a much more important and interesting document and this is the memo taken in the hands of General Roger Raimi, in his famous photograph, while kneeling next to the remains of a meteorological balloon. The memo was decoded using modern technologies and found clarifications about the Roswell crash and the fact that bodies were found there.
