Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin plant an American flag on the moon, 1969. The next astronaut will fly the Chinese flag?

China plans to land a man on the moon by 2020. This is what the head of China's space agency said in a broadcast on local television at the end of the week.
By 2020, we will achieve the achievement of visiting the moon" said Luan Enjie, Director of the National Space Ministry. Luan used a term in the Chinese language that describes human activity.
Luan said that following the launch of an unmanned spacecraft that will attack the moon, which will be carried out by 2007, an unmanned landing will also be carried out in 2010.
The Chinese space program, which until recently was completely secret, began to release a series of such statements following the successful launch of the first manned launch with the Yang Li-wei technaut on October 15 of this year (2003).
"We will focus on deep space exploration. The moon is only the first target chosen," Luan said last Thursday.
The broadcast, on the national television channel that is also intended for foreign ears, Luan spoke before the National Forum for Natural and Social Sciences. It was not stated when this forum took place.
The space program is a prestigious project for the communist government that launched the first satellite in 1970. The government said earlier this month that it would launch its second manned spacecraft in two years, with a two-person crew. The officials also said that the government eventually plans to launch a permanent manned space station.
However, until Luan's comment, the Chinese officials refused to confirm the existence of a plan to send a man to the moon. They said that unlike the expensive space race between the Soviet Union and the United States in the XNUMXs, which caused the two superpowers to spend a lot of money, China is advancing at its own pace, carefully and sparingly.
