The Soyuz TMA-22 spacecraft carrying the members of the International Space Station's 30th crew - crew chief Dan Burbank and flight engineers Anton Shkleprov and Anatoly Ivanishin - left the International Space Station at 11:18 a.m. Israel time this morning and landed safely at 14:45 p.m. on the steppes of Kazakhstan.

This was reported on the NASA website.

About an hour earlier, the Soyuz spacecraft began landing maneuvers during which the return chamber separated from the rest of the spacecraft, and it will enter the atmosphere. After entry, the Soyuz parachutes will open and three small engines will be ignited to slow down the landing on the steppes of Kazakhstan.

This ended the mission of the 30th crew of the International Space Station. The 31st crew began its operation under the command of Oleg Kononenko together with flight engineers Don Pettit and Andrei Kipers, who will remain on the station until July 1st. Flight engineers Gennady Badalka, Joe Akaba and Sergey Ravin are scheduled to arrive at the station in mid-May aboard the Soyuz TMA-04M spacecraft. They are currently training at the Yuri Gagarin Training Center in the City of Stars near Moscow. The launch is scheduled for May 15th and they will stay at the station until September 17th.
