Scientists have successfully produced a human-pig hybrid embryo. Human DNA injected into pig cells created the tiny embryo

The scientists still do not know what happened to the fetus but claim that it will be able to continue to develop
inside a human womb or a pig's womb. The intentions of the researchers regarding the purpose of the experiment are still unclear, at least according to the request they submitted to continue the experiment, but it seems that the embryos they created could be used for medical cloning experiments. The two researchers behind the experiment, an American and an Australian, are known to be senior in their field.

In the meantime, medical ethics experts have announced their concern about the current experiment and its expected approval. They claim that the researchers exploited a loophole in the European ethics law which states that as long as it is not a human embryo it is possible to carry out such an experiment.
