As the director of the Mizm plant in Alta from 2002, Nissim Hadas expanded the plant's capabilities from dealing with sensors to systemic capabilities, and led the Mizm plant to win the Unified Intelligence Decoding Center (MID) project for the IDF.

Nissim Hadas graduated with honors from two degrees at the Technion in Haifa (1974) - a certificate of science in electrical engineering and a certificate of science in physics, and a master's degree in electrical engineering (1984), also from the Technion in Haifa.
