A big deal for the Space Communications Company, operator of the Israeli "Amos" satellites. Chalal and the Polish media group T.V.N (TVN) signed an agreement, under which Chalal will distribute TVN television channels for the next 11 years. The channels will be distributed to all cable companies in Poland, and they will broadcast them to millions of subscribers throughout the country. The financial scope of the contract is estimated at 20 million euros, which will be spread over this period. TVN, the second largest private media group in Poland, operates and distributes 8 television channels. The Space Company will provide TVN with a satellite link between the centers of the various cable networks in Poland.

Chalal Communication is owned by the Aviation Industry, Eurocom and the Mer Group. The company provides satellite communication services through two Amos satellites, covering the Middle East, Europe and the eastern United States. The company also provides satellite services to Yes. The company is expected to start raising money from the public in the coming months. The recruitment is part of the company's expansion plan, within the framework of which it is expected to send two additional satellites - Amos 3 and Amos 4 - during the next 5 years. The cost of each satellite is estimated at about 140 million dollars. The current fundraising is expected to finance the launch of Amos 3. Two years later, the company plans to raise additional capital to finance Amos 4.
