Elbit at the Paris air show: a new drone and an improved pilot's helmet

Elbit Systems presents at the Paris Air Show (June 21-15) a variety of advanced systems that meet the changing requirements of the modern battlefield.

The Hermes 90 UAV system: among the main features of this system: high survivability, extended stay, launch and landing capabilities without the need for special infrastructure and the ability to carry a variety of advanced munitions. In the new system, the main features and the rich operational experience of the Skylark and Hermes family were combined.

The system's features allow connectivity with any ICT system (C4I) for quick information sharing and effective coordination between the forces operating in the field. These features make the Hermes 90 system suitable for a variety of military applications and especially for the use of maneuver forces as well as internal security missions and other civilian applications.

The "Tergo" pilot helmet is based on the technological capabilities that have made Elbit Systems an international market leader in the field of display systems for pilots. This system is able to interface with all types of aircraft and accompany the pilot in the variety of tasks, starting from the mission planning phase, the training for execution, the flight itself as well as the interrogation phase. The helmet appears in a variety of configurations suitable for fighter planes, rescue, transport and emergency services.

Integration of Elbit systems solutions on the battlefield

The virtual battle scenario will present an intelligence officer managing a complex mission, during which viewers will be shown how 20 different systems from Elbit Systems work in full integration to create tactical superiority on the future battlefield. Elbit Systems has a wealth of experience in the construction of various warehouses, which it provides to many customers around the world according to unique requirements.

Among the systems that will participate in the exhibition: unmanned aircraft systems, intelligence gathering platforms, various sensors, laser-guided rockets, air support systems, command and control systems, missile defense systems for civilian and military aircraft, and electronic warfare systems.
