China has decided to ban its citizens from buying land on the moon

Israel is satisfied - we will have more left

The Chinese authorities today prohibited a Chinese company from continuing the sale of land on the moon to Chinese citizens. The company, the "Embassy of the Moon in China", operating under the franchise of Dennis Hope, the American entrepreneur who registered the moon in his name, managed to sell only 34 plots of land on the moon to Chinese residents, before it was closed this week by order of the Chinese Communist government. The Chinese Communist regime opposes the private ownership of parts of the moon by Chinese citizens, mainly in light of the Chinese government's ambitious plan to establish a base on the moon by 2023. The Chinese company announced that it would appeal its closure to the Chinese High Court, but estimates in China are that the chances are that the high court will rule Contrary to the position of the communist regime, zero.

In Israel, which is considered the world's leading country in buying land on the moon (relative to its size), when over 10,000 Israelis bought land on the moon, they are actually happy about the closure of the Chinese company. "All in all, from the point of view of the Israeli public, who see the purchase of the lands on the moon as an opportunity, this is a positive thing," explains Daniel Yaron, CEO of crazyshop, the company for original gifts, the exclusive marketer of lands on the moon in Israel. Israelis will simply have more available land to purchase, especially today, when many see the purchase of land as an attractive long-term real estate investment, and the prices will also remain cheap. We were a little worried about the opening of the Chinese company, even though it is our sister company, because if the Chinese public understood the opportunity as the Israeli public understood it, tens of millions of Chinese would buy land on the moon and prices would jump in Israel as well. "

Lands on the moon are sold in Israel and around the world through a franchise given by Dennis Hope, an American entrepreneur who escaped the law and registered the moon in his name. Hope took advantage of an old law, which allows any American citizen to claim ownership of any land not owned by another person. In the 80s, Hope submitted a request to register the moon in his name, and after no one opposed his request for 7 years, Hope received official approval from the American Taboo that the moon was registered in his name. In Israel, the purchase of land on the moon became a hot trend, after in December 2006 the American space agency announced its intention to establish a manned base on the moon by 2020, and Israeli investors began to buy large amounts of land on the moon in the hope of generating profits from them within 20-30 years. The purchase of the lands on the moon is considered an attractive long-term investment, especially in light of their cheap price - 250 NIS for 4 dunams, and since NASA's announcement, over two thousand Israelis have purchased land on the moon, including contractors and entrepreneurs who have purchased many lots as a real estate investment.

  1. It's already worth it…
In 1998 I bought two plots of 500 dunams each. So the price was around 150 NIS per plot.
In a simple calculation, the price jumped from 30 AZ per dunam in 1998 to more than NIS 80... more than 250 times!
Does anyone know a better investment?

  2. Yes, and what if the isotope is a rare fuel that the moon is saturated with, what about it in the entire earth there is maybe 200 kilos of isotope, one ton of this thing is equivalent to burning 130 million barrels of oil

  3. You probably didn't understand anything.
His moon and NASA is asking him for usage rights.
That's how it works in America.

  4. I hereby declare that I own the entire area of skin on Dennis Hope's butt. Now wait 7 years, and I can rent Dennis Hope's ass to anyone who wants to kick it.

  5. An excellent idea for solving the Arab-Muslim problem.
Picture the clans of Fatah and Hamas fighting bloody wars between them, with all their favorite pyrotechnics including suicide terrorists, Sunnis, Shiites, car bombs, and for dessert a murder on the background of family honor, all in the name of the abominable murderer, the "prophet" Muhammad. but what? Everything takes place on the moon and is transmitted through the television networks to Israel in a live broadcast, without any human being being harmed.

Therefore, from a real estate point of view, this investment is a bit dubious in my opinion.
The fact that Dennis Hope registered the moon in his name in some taboo in the USA, it is still not a conclusive assumption that he is the legal owner, certainly not in the courts of the rest of the world but not in the USA either. It can be proven that this was done fraudulently or without any legal affiliation.
And what's more - suppose the Palestinians build a colony on the moon exactly on the plot you purchased. Where will you claim them? Most likely, no court in Israel has jurisdiction over real estate located on the moon, including not in the USA, and it is certain that the courts of the Plastic Authority will not come to your rescue.
You can only sue the company (which emptied the assets) behind which Dennis Hope is hiding.
