The same engineers claim that there is not even a higher efficiency of the engine here for the simple reason that the engine rotates at a speed of about one-tenth of its fixed rotation speed under normal conditions. This is the reason the engineer claims that in one of the experiments when the introduction of the effect of a permanent magnet that is close to the rotor is demonstrated there is a large fan at the back.
The reason is that in such a situation most of the electrical energy turns into heat that develops on the ohmic resistance of the coils. Because due to the slow rotation the magnetic field is not enough to create a sufficiently large current. That means the engine works in its very low efficiency range.
