The revolution in making higher education accessible to Arab society is also reflected in sharp increases in the number of postgraduate students (Master's and PhD) in universities. New data from MLA shows that over the past decade, the number of PhD students from the Arab society in universities has doubled from 355 students (759) to 2022 students (7). A holistic program for the integration of Arab students in higher education

The MLA emphasizes that within the framework of the multi-year program, VT operates a holistic program, which begins already at the high school stage with the "Road Program" which is currently operated in approximately 45 clusters of settlements and provides exposure, information, advice and direction to the academy as well as support in relevant courses (such as: psychometric), tours to the academy, a higher education fair in collaboration with the institutions within the settlements.

Furthermore, as part of the pre-academic preparatory studies and the bachelor's degree, dedicated support programs for the Arab society are implemented, which include reinforcements in the language (Hebrew and English) as well as academic, economic and social supports. Dedicated career centers for the Arab community were established in the institutions and the 'Irtaka' scholarship is awarded to 800 students in each cohort. Students are selected based on socioeconomic status and preferred fields of study. The scholarship accompanies the students throughout the degree. Vat also supports the encouragement of excellence and grants merit scholarships for advanced degrees among the Arab society, including in the master's degree, the third degree and the post-doctorate, as well as supports the admission of outstanding academic faculty members from among the Arab society.
