The Aerospace Industry Board of Directors, headed by Yair Shamir, approved the recommendation of CEO Yitzhak Nissan, for the following appointments of new plant managers in the company:

Uri Sinai - Director of the MLM plant in the Missile and Space Systems Division, until now Deputy Director of MLM in the Missile and Space Systems Division, was appointed as the plant manager, replacing Yair Ramati who was appointed VP for Marketing.
Has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the Technion in Haifa, and a master's degree in business administration from Boston University in the USA. Worked at TEA since 1978. Among his other activities, he was responsible for increasing the rate of production of the "Arrow" missile for the IDF and signing a cooperation agreement with the American Boeing Company on the matter. Led the development of the "Laura" project (a long-range artillery weapon capable of hitting strategic systems deep in enemy territory), while achieving great customer satisfaction. Uri Sinai was involved in all the processes of improving the competitiveness and quality management of the MLM plant, and brought the plant to the impressive achievement of receiving CMMI "Level 5", which is the highest in the field.

Now serves as the director of a subsidiary of the aerospace industry abroad. He was appointed as the manager of the Mabat Hallel plant in place of Yosef Weiss, who was appointed as the deputy director of the Missile and Space Systems Division at TAA. Has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Ben-Gurion University (1975). Graduated from the Systems Engineering Management course at the Faculty of Management of Tel Aviv University (1989-1991). He began his work at TEA in 1975 and since then held a variety of positions in engineering management and project management. Among other things, he served as an engineering manager, and a project engineer in the Halvea program. In 1986, he joined the space program at the Israeli Air Force, in which he participated and led development and production programs for "Ofek", "Amos" and "Eros" satellites. and served as head of the Space Technologies Administration,

Yaakov Goldman - director of the procurement and logistics organization at the Aerospace Industries Directorate. Until now, he served as deputy director of the missile and space systems division, and was appointed director of the procurement and logistics organization at the Aerospace Industries management in place of Gideon Goren who retired from the company. Has a bachelor's degree in physics at Tel Aviv University, and a master's degree in electrical and electronics engineering. He began his work at Mevt in 1974, and was responsible for procurement, development and production of missiles, satellites and space systems for the division's factories.

Baruch (Bari) Mbaruch - Appointed as Deputy Vice President and Assistant to the CEO of the Aerospace Industry until now Business Development Manager in the Missile and Space Systems Division Appointed as Deputy Vice President and Assistant to the CEO of the Aerospace Industry Yitzhak Nissan. Graduated from the Technion in electrical engineering and graduated from certificate studies (with honors) in business administration/Telem School of Business Administration at Tel Aviv University. He began his work at the TEA in 1972. He previously served, among other things, as head of navigation engineering and head of navigation administration at TMM, head of R&D and business development administration in the electronics division, and head of the TEA delegation in Chile. Received a certificate of appreciation from the CEO of Rafael for a special contribution to the project that won the Israel Security Award.
