Adv. Naomi Asia was recently selected as the most influential lawyer in the fields of hi-tech and cyber, as part of a list of the 35 most influential lawyers, each in her field, published by the Melomadot website.

For about 31 years, the firm founded by Adv. Asia specializes in the fields of intellectual property, computer law and internet law, and represents large companies and organizations in the economy. She holds a bachelor's degree in law from Tel Aviv University and has been a member of the Bar Association since 1981.

As part of her many roles, Adv. Asia serves as the chairperson of the Israeli branch of the ALAI Association and as the vice-chairperson of the Mediation and Arbitration Committee of the ITechlaw Association. She is also a member of a European organization of law firms, which provides answers to policyholders with a cyber policy in the first 72 hours after the attack, a member of the International Trademark Association and the representative in Israel of the International Computer Law Association. She also serves as the legal advisor of BSA - an organization that works against copyright infringement by technology companies. Her office also works on privacy and advises organizations on how to deal with the European Union's GDPR regulations, which deal in this area.

Along with Adv. Asia, you can find other prominent lawyers on the list, such as Natali Noi in the fields of start-ups and investments; Naomi Landau, who represented Mani Naftali, who was the head of the household in the Netanyahu family's home, in labor law; Tali Yaron Elder, former Income Tax Commissioner, in this area; and RN (retired) Ziva Agami, former head of Yaha - the national unit for fraud investigations in the police, in a criminal trial.
