Italian company Avio implements 3DEXPERIENCE platform to improve efficiency, quality and collaboration in the development of space launchers and propulsion systems for major European space programs
Dassault Systèmes announces that Avio, an Italian-based space propulsion systems developer, has implemented the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to digitally transform its project management.
As Avio increases its commitment to sustainability in the space industry, the 3DEXPERIENCE platform will enable it to adopt automated, intelligent, data-driven engineering and manufacturing processes that streamline and accelerate the development of technologically advanced space solutions.
Users of Avio and its entire value chain can generate new levels of efficiency, standardization, quality and regulatory compliance required to build space launchers, propulsion systems and payload adapters for major European space programs.
Avio will leverage the “Winning Concept,” “Co-Design to Target,” “Ready for Rate,” and “Build to Operate” industry solution experiences on Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform to increase collaboration between teams, suppliers, and partners and work with real-time data in a virtual environment.
