Dassault Systèmes has announced that Jindal Stainless Limited (JSL), India's leading steel producer, will implement Dassault Systèmes' solutions to improve planning, scheduling and execution in its production processes and better meet consumer demands.
The company recently expanded and doubled the production output in its two plants to 2.9 tons of steel per year. The company will be able to manage its production and operation from end to end, in a smooth way, through a strategy of full integration and automation.

The company will be able to reduce costs, improve efficiency and enjoy significant benefits such as reducing delivery time by 10%-15% and inventory in process by 8%-10%.
Through the implementation of the solution, Jindal aims to strengthen its position in core sectors such as automobile and infrastructure while expanding its activities in the lifestyle sector, aviation and in a sustainable manner. The virtual twin experiences will allow the company to reduce its carbon footprint by reducing the variation in products and reducing disqualifications within quality control.
